For ultimate relaxation, join us for a Saturday afternoon of meditation and yoga by Peggy and Kate from the Yoga Collective MCR, snacks and drawing from a real life nude model with myself Lisa from Life Drawing with HOP

1hr Meditation and Yoga, awaken your body, centre your mind and fall into your flow state.
Yoga Matts, are provided, however feel free to bring your own if you like.
